Guarantee Policy:

To professionally prepare for each guest, we request that you guarantee the number of guests attending your event at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes to your guarantee must be received 24 hours prior to the event, or service will be provided and billed from the original number of guests.

Notice:

We request that you provide 48 hours advance notice for all catered services.  As always, we will work with you to find solutions for your last minute needs.  Catering orders less than 24 hours will be based on product and staff availability.

Cancellations:

We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with short notice. Due to our advance preparation, complete cancellations within 48 hours of service could incur a charge of 50% of the total, and cancellations within 24 hours of service could incur the full cost.

Equipment:

Fox's must recover all catering equipment.
Any catering equipment that is not recovered will be billed to your order at replacement cost.

Disposable/China Service:

For any order, we can provide disposable utensils and paper products at an additional charge - ask for details.
